We've all had teachers who we genuinely dislike, but this is not the right way to treat even the meanest professor. A girl gets aggravated when her teacher takes away her cell phone, so she starts screaming hysterically in her face. When the instructor refuses to give it back, the girl pushes and pulls her while the rest of the class is laughing. The circus continues until a few conscientious students break up the fight. If we were the principal of this school, we'd make her repeat the same grade twice!

1. there is no reason to treat teachers badly parents should raise their children right and none of this would happen i have lots of children and not one of them ever got into trouble children that come from abused homes drugs alcohol all of that contributes to the way they turn out why do people have children if they cant do the right thing and bring them up properly with respect TEACH CHILDREN RESPECT BRING THEM UP RIGHT

2. It is not always the children from dysfunctional families that start trouble. Some children act out to get a reaction from their peers.

3. It is not her test, its her *cell phone*.
I can't believe this video is already in foreign web sites! This shameful scene happened in my country, Portugal.
All I know about this video is that it was recorded in a french class, when the teacher saw the girl with the cell phone (probably text messaging) took it away and then all those shameful scenes that you can see in the video happened.
I, as a student in the country where all this happened, am ashamed. Fortunately, I can say that a scene like this rarely, ou never, happen.

7. How did the guy take the video? lol
He must have had a cell phone also, or a camera, which is also not allowed in school.

8. The problem is that schools don not enforce their rules. Also, parents should make sure that cellphones are to be used at hme and not in school. These kids don't need ther phes while they are at school. Unfortunately, these kids don't respect their teachers, parents and any other authority figure.

11. The student is wrong. But the teacher should say, "you have 10 seconds to let go or your going to be expelled" if the student refuses, give the phone back, and expel her. The teacher should not be in a push/shove match with the student over a cell phone.

13. Is it legal for her to take the student's cell phone? Teachers aren't cops. What law was the teacher acting under? Since when can teachers take student's property? And since when is it wrong for you to fight someone who takes your property?
