Cops Ram SuspectHere you will see a police cruiser chasing a suspect, who is running down the middle of the road. They proceed to plow into the guy at a high rate of speed, pitching him into into some grass next to the road. And though don't hear it here, the driver, Lance Cpl. Steven C. Garren,
was apparently caught on another tape saying "Yeah, I hit him. I was trying to hit him," to another trooper.

School Bus Brawl
15-year-old high school student Samantha Taylor made headlines when she got into a heated argument with the driver of a school bus over a cell phone. The debate turned into a catfight -- with punching and hair-pulling -- and it was all caught on tape by surveillance camera. Watch it go down.

Cops Beat Woman
Cops should know -- what happens at a police station doesn't stay in the police station -- it quickly makes it to the Internet. An officer at Hillsborough County Jail in Florida was caught on tape as he pulled a woman by the hair, pushed her to the floor and beat her face. Watch now.

Cops Dump Quadriplegic Man
At the same Hillsborough County Jail, a female officer dumped a disabled man from his wheelchair -- she didn't believe he was paralyzed, and wanted proof. See it now.

Cop vs. Skateboarder
A Baltimore police officer lost it when talking to a kid who was skateboarding in Inner Harbor with his friends. Don't call him "dude" unless you want to spend the night in juvenile detention. See cop's tirade.

Britney's Hit and Run
While attempting to park her car, Britney accidentally hit a station wagon. She then got out of her Mercedes, checked her bumper for scratches and ... walked away without even glancing at the other car. Too bad the swarm of paparazzi caught it all on tape, and Britney eventually paid the consequences. Watch it.

61. Some Cops are out of Control and should not be in law enforcement as it takes a certain type of person to be a cop. This is a big problem in our Country from the top down.

62. The only thing I'd have done differently is downshift to get a better run at the suspect, and possibly pinning him to a tree to keep from having to handcuff him at the bottom of a ditch.
...Having the suspect already on the hood of your patrol car when you exit: Priceless.

63. First what was the dirt bag wanted for? FELONY?????, Well then the cruiser was just an extension of the officers arm and he was using necessary force to effect an arrest/stop a fleeing felon and or preventing another crime by this dirt bag. Good work officer, see you on medal day.

64. As a police officer, a member of my department was killed in a quasi-similar situation. He had a short vehicle pursuit where the suspect was in a stolen car. The guy crashed the car and bailed. As the officer was chasing after him, the guy turned the corner of a house and waited in the backyard for the officer to turn the corner before ambushing, and killing the officer with a firearm. This officer left a family behind. If he would have been trained to have just simply run over the suspect and apprehend him that way, his life would still be here today. Unfortunately, our lawmakers side with criminals. I have not locked numerous people up while working because of my knowledge of the court system. There is no such thing as rehabilitation. Jails are breeding grounds for more criminal behavior. Anyone thinking differently needs to go to your local police station and ask someone there to do a ride-a-long. Most departments allow them and I think it will open your eyes to what we deal with on a daily basis. If anyone on this blog is willing to risk their life chasing people who didn't make it through high school on a regular basis and commit crimes daily for $50k a year (median police salary), then I think you may have done the same thing the officer in South Carolina did. I was trained in the academy to stay in the car for as long as possible (even if it means driving in the grass of an apt complex). I think many of the people have already made the statement that if the man is innocent, he has no reason to be running. If a "rational" human being were to be stopped by the police and that "rational" human being knew he/she was completely innocent, then a "rational" human being would not run. The suspect decided to have his trial out there on the street when he decided to run. The officer simply caught him. It's sad to see the different sides of people these blogs bring out. I can't imagine anyone siding with a criminal in this type of a situation.... I guess that's why I'm of the higher intellect.

65. Kevin, please don't call the police if you ever have a problem (house gets broken into / car gets broken into). Since you are obviously of superior intellect compared to police officers (I have an MBA in finance). Where is your Ph. D from? On the fitness side of things I run 30 miles a week and run in marathon's while also still lifting weights. As a former college athlete (football player at a Big 10 school), I find that keeping in top shape is essential. I'm sure Kevin is in far better shape than I though. As for the police officers actions, I still condone them (that means accept them to be appropriate Kevin). Why should I put my life at risk for his? There's only one thing that I know for certain every day I go into work. ------> I'm going home to my wife that night. If you or anyone else doesn't make it home, that's not my problem. I'm number 1 in my book along with people who cooperate with me while working. Before anyone makes another post, please put some thought into what you're typing. Remember, any good economist can back up his statements. Just as in economics, make sure you have something to back up what you're typing in here. Simply calling the police barbaric for running over the "innocent" african-american is what we call "irrational". Make it rational by defending your argument. Also, police don't discriminate by color. They discriminate by socioeconomic status. A prime example of this can be conveyed by this. I could see an older black male who looks like a professional driving a brand new BMW and think nothing of it. However, seeing a 17 year old white male who looks like a thug would throw up a red flag to me no matter what he's driving. That is a prime example of my comment (i.e. a rational behavior).

66. Ya know cops go way to far, because they are in a place of power. Most of them are dirty cops who are on the pay roll for some scum drug dealers. Ask the Shamokin, pa police department about that one, they have lots of cops and judges who are like that. They are there to serve and protect not to be jerk offs every chance they get.

67. You have to be a damn fool especially if you are not white in America to get caught up in the judicial system. The rules that apply for caucasians don't apply for non-whites when it comes handing out justice and punishment. America would rather invest in more jails then invest that same money in educational system which would keep these jails unecessary. Trust,if you are standing before a judge using a public defender and being prosecuted by the state or local government your as good as convicted. The reason being they all get paid by the same people and all are endoctrinated by the same system and you are the only one outside of that loop. A system that is clouded by racism or biggotry is a system where innocence cannot exist.

68. I think I would have kicked the criminal while he was on the ground. I'm sick and tired of law breaking individuals getting away with misdemeanors and felonies and the judicial system only slaps them on the wrists. If I had my way, I would clear out the death row prisoners for eternity and mandate 2 year minimum for appeals. Same for drug dealers and druggies...shoot 'em after a year in prison. What's the loss to society? What's the gain? No more hardened criminals.

69. KIDS ARE OUT OF CONTROL,,,, the little brat was causing trouble even prior to her getting on the bus...if it were an airline that she was on and acting like this, shed be hauled off to jail....she was more than a spoiled little kid...she was causing a safety concern....you can see her smirking, enjoying the moment....she needs many years of therapy to figure out why she acts like a moron....i see kids all the time on the trains and when they get together they turn into animals......the only people that seem dumber than the kids are the parents who seem oblivious to how dumb they're kids are...

71. To you who say cops are out of control:
I have never yet seen a civilian approach a cop car and get shot repeatedly by a cop holding a hidden gun, then shot in the head as he lays helplessly on the ground. The BEST way to not get rammed or shot or "abused" is when the cop tells you to do something, JUST DO IT! There is a whole life time afterward to talk, argue, find out what the cops want, and to sue. Things you just cannot do if you are dead because you were just plain too dam stupid to obey the commands of an armed man. Would you show the same contempt and ignore an armed robber?

72. they did their job well. kudos to the cops

73. These guys lead cops on chases that are up to or around 100 mph in neighborhoods. They are known criminals with rap sheets and we're supposed to feel sorry for them? Instead wasting his time chasing him I think running his sorry ass over saves a lot of taxpayer money. It's recorded so they can't say "that wasn't me". Those cops do need to learn to deal with their anger though. If one of them ran over some guy for jaywalking that would be disturbing. It's pretty obvious our system isn't working if a cop thinks he has to run someone over in the first place. Kill repeat offenders (like rapists, child molesters, and gang members) or make them work for basic food and shelter. Babying them and educating them with my taxes doesn't make any sense. Make them do the jobs that illegals are doing (like picking fruit) so the companies won't have any excuse to hire illegals. Problem solved. Companies get cheap labor, scumbags learn what it's like to actually work for something.

74. I see some people have decided to pull the race card already. The cop who chased the black suspect through the projects was also BLACK! If stupid young girls would stop having bastards at the age of 14 and 15 then maybe these kids could have stable family environments with mature responsible adults as role models. There are stereotypes for a reason. I bet this suspect didn't have a dad, had siblings with different fathers and a mother who had no time for him. Gee I wonder why he's a criminal. If this video had a white suspect being run over by a black officer there would have been absolutely NO news story. If the black community would look in the mirror and stopped pointing fingers at the whites maybe they would educate their kids, get more children into colleges without using race based scholarships, and eliminate teenage pregnancy. Hell, if everyone gave a shit about teenage pregnancy and poverty crime would plummet across the board but instead finger pointing and whining is all people do. Thank some of those abstinence only programs, you have to love how they lie to kids. People are fed up with criminals and their excuses. You made bad choices you pay for them. End of story.

75. if i was the guy i'd file a $1,000,000,000,000 lawsuit, the cop was attempting to kill him, the video is proof.
