Sometimes it's just not your day. Take this poor woman who just wants to get her drink when the soda machine explodes and shoots a beam of liquid into her face. As if that wasn't bad enough, she then slips on the mess. All caught on video and here for you to laugh at. Looks totally real to us. What do you think?

18. Thats why this country is so screwed up. Thats why everyone is going broke. And there will only be 2 classes of people. RICH and POOR. Like the rest of the world. No Middle Class. Because were in a DAMN SUE HAPPY COUNTRY. Get in a fender bender and sue. Thats why we all pay a premium because idiots think the easy way out is sue. If she's hurt fine Sue. But I doubt she has any real injuries but some soreness for a few days. YEah thats the answer SUE and i'll be ok with the money. Please people. That was funny. I still cant stop laughing. Okay, in light that there was no serious injuries, at the time, you have to admit that this was hilarious.Laughing at someone else's expense has always been a human favorite.Let's not get all hostile now. 22. Most pop towers have their nozzles removed at night. This can cause them to wear out faster, especially if they are soaked in bleachwater (it degrades the rubber). Some heads can be very...spunky about having them put back on. I've had a lot of pop towers blow their nozzles off, and I've gotten plenty wet, but I've never seen such a horizontally-directed spray. Usually a broken or mis-mounted nozzle will blow off and send soda EVERYWHERE.
As for slipping in it: she of all people didn't need a "wet floor" sign to tell her to watch her step. Suggestions that she should sue over it make about as much sense as suing a property owner for slipping on the ice in the middle of a hailstorm.

However, the fall wasn't funny... the guy should have taken into consideration that #1 it's a woman and #2 it's an elderly. Where's your manners, ethics, and morals? 30. thats whats wrong with this country. everyone is looking to sue someone else over some stupid thing. if she would of gotten hurt, then i could understand that. but it doesnt look like she was hurt to me. and stuff like that is always funny when its someone you dont know. if you dont think its funny then you need to pull that stick out of your ass
