A Republican state legislator named Sally Kern from Oklahoma has come under considerable pressure after some ill-advised, hyperbolic and dare we say inaccurate statements about the threat posed by the apocalyptic scourge of ... homosexuality. Leave it to Ellen to puncture the comments with a mix of seriousness, grace and humor. Watch as she calls to try to talk to the representative, who by the way says she isn't sorry and that she has received death threats because of the comments (though this is apparently a questionable claim). Oh, and she actually has a gay son herself. Bet he feels great about himself.

272. Where is the line that will not be crossed? Right now the American public is being brainwashed into submission. That the only threats that face this country are the pariotic, God fearing hetro-sexual.It is not possible to legalize Gay marriage because such a thing does not exist. It would be like grating a segment of America the right to sprout wings and fly. Could not happen because it is not possible. If civil partnerships grant he same rights to homo-sexuals as married couples then why isn't that good enough? The answer is of course because it's not about being equal to straight coulples, it's about destroying one of the bedrocks of our society. The militant gay argues that it's a constitutional right for anyone to be able to marry whom ever they choose, and to deny them that right is unconstitutional. Then would it be also fair to say that denying a man the right to marry a 14 year old boy he bought from a poor family in Thailand is also unconstitutional. Or a man and a horse, a woman and a dog, where is the line? The militant homo-sexual movement,the afro-Leninist movement (see Obama's Pastor),radical Islam,and the flooding of our country with illegal aliens are all arms of the communist war on this country to destroy it from within. Why else would homo-sexuals take the side of the Islamist who hang gays in their country and attack the backbone of this country who would protect them from the throat cutters. The answer is as I have heard it stated before "LIBERALISM IS A MENTAL DISSORDER".

But I wanted to let everyone know that our public shcools in my town are taching 3rd graders how to put condoms on bananas. Yes, it is true. 8 year olds are leaning the proper use on how to put one on and what they are used for. I'm not kidding any of you. So go ahead and laugh it up, folks on the gay issues. While you do that, you better find out what your kids are being taught that you don't know about. It will shock you.

276. The thing I find funny is that Ellen is one of those people who says "accept everyone! Tolerance" but when someone has a different opinion, she refuses to be tolerant. Doesn't everyone have a right to what they believe? If someone believes that the homosexual lifestyle is great, Ellen's all on board; but if someone thinks that it's not, Ellen just can't follow through with the tolerance.

280. I don't know when free speech itself became a sin in America, but I know that I would not attack someone based on what they believe. That is nonsense. He has the right to his opinions as is everyone else in this country. I like Ellen, but she needs to learn (as does every other gay supporter) that not everyone will be as accepting as others.

Well, what can you say about someone who thinks early childhood education is about teaching children to accept homosexuality? I've been to the community preschool (done my time as a parent) and that's
certainly not the case there, and I've worked in special ed preschool classes and guess what? No sign of it there either. This lady is, frankly, off her rocker.
