Now we're not saying this is totally cruel - this cat may really love open doors on airplanes, heights, plummeting to the earth and being strapped to his owner's stomach - but we're just going to observe that the whole experience must have been really strange for that cat's little, little brain to process. We imagine it went something like this: 'food, water, play, scratch, sleep, food, water, play, scratch, sleep, food, confusion, terror, YEEOOOW!). It seems like the people had a lot of love for the cat - though we're not really sure what the point was - so we trust it was ok in the end. What do you think? Comment below ...

436. I think that this was very cruel. You can see just before he jumps that the cat was very scared. I do hope that the man gets in trouble. I really hope that the cat is ok. I would love to see the cat scratch the heck out of the owners face once on the ground safe. This vidoe makes me sick!

437. That cat was scared sh*tless! (well I hope it was sh*tless when it got to the ground, having shat on its stupid owner at about 1000 ft and again at 500ft and again at 100 and again on the ground!!)
Notice the cat was securely strapped in with PAW gloves tightly secured so the cat wouldn't scratch the 'owners' stupid eyeballs out! (which the 'owner' well deserved as well!)
I do wonder if the cat landed on his feet though?
Stupid stupid stupid 'owner' that has no business 'owning' an animal of any kind.
Matter of fact, next time the jerk goes sky-diving maybe his chute won't open and his reserve line won't either. SPLAT...that's for hurting the cat!

438. I would rather know that cat than know someone like the ignorant poster who wrote "it is just a cat," and "cats have no feelings." Only a brain the size of a pea could come up with those kind of comments.

439. What a stupid and selfish thing to do with your pet, especially a cat which is more sensitive to everything in general. This was not a rush for the cat. It was cruel. As for the ignorant comment about cats landing on their feet. That is at reasonable heights, not miles in the air or from even a ten story building, let alone 30 stories. Cats have been killed in falls, idiot!

440. I can only imagine what my cat, at the time a few weeks old kitten, must have experienced during Hurricane Andrew 1992 down here in Miami-Dade County. We came to find this stray in the rubble of our house here in Homestead and kept her until her death in Oct. 2007. I cannot fathom this idiot jumping out of a windy noisy doorway of a plane which often spooks humans who are sky-diving. No one forces them when they freak. Who spoke for the cat?

441. This is cruelty to animals as the cat clearly was scared and the owner was clearly delusional thinking this would be enjoyable for the cat. WHERE ARE THE ANIMAL POLICE?

443. That idiot should be arrested, and the little kitty should be taken away and given to a loving family. What an arse!

444. most of you are correct. That was animal cruelty at it's best and I hope the authorities do get a hold of that person and punish them to the fullest! The stress and anxiety must have taken a terrible toll, not just mentally but physically too. D and D! (disgrace and disgust!!!)

445. This guy, without a doubt, is guilty of animal cruelty. The whole animal skydiving thing is a gray area to begin with, but two big things were neglected during this jump. 1) No eye protection was put on the cat. 2)the jumper should have gone out backwards to protect the cat from the wind. Keep in mind when you're skydiving you're falling at about 120 mph!

446. That was downright idiotic! I'd like to know how the cat was AFTER this MORON hit the ground, probably dead if the truth is known. This butt-hole NEEDS to be brought up on animal cruelty charges as well as any other charge for abusing an animal, especially a cat like this. The reason I think kitty may be dead is my mother in law had a garage door opener installed on her garage and her siamese wasn't used to the noise or sounds the door and mechanism made when it opened, she opened it one day as her kitty was passing by (she wasn't aware the cat was inside the garage) and it gave the poor cat a heart attack and he died from it. She found him lying in the garage, but my wife was in the garage at the time doing some cleaning and it startled her when her mom opened the door and she said she saw her cat give a petrified look and just fall over. They tried to get the cat to the vet, but he died before they got there. So this is why I really believe that this MORNIC BUTT-HOLE probably terrified that cat to it's "death". I'm hoping the cat survived, but I do have doubts. And yes, it makes me madder than hades when people mistreat ANY animal and this was downright abuse as far as I'm concerned!

447. I agree with all the other comments about this video! It totaly disgust's me!! He should be turned in for animal abuse!!Animals were'nt meant to sky dive, if God intened for cats to fly he would have given them wings!!
Just beacuse the cats owner may think that cats have 9 lives doesn'nt mean the owner had to take it to that extream.
I pray the cat did'nt have a heart attack or quit breathing or anything else during this idiotic and inhuman act! And they say animals are stupid; who's the stupid one here??

449. This is animal cruelty to the hilt!!! This guy should not have pets as he obviously has no respect for their life. This type of behaviour literally makes me sick to my stomach.

450. I agree with all of you, This idiot belongs behind bars,
Did the cat even survive the jump? Who knows, They wouldnt admit to it. This needs to be brought to the proper authorities.
