1. Wow!!! That was rude of the "personality" taking barbs at the reporter like that......"Jim" ought to apologize profusely to the public and the reporter.....too old for them to act like babies!!!!

2. The guy in the studio is such an A-Hole. If I were the reporter in the field I would have gone right back to the studio and smacked that smart ass in the face. WHo does he think he is? It was very clear tome what was going on with the elevator company and if the studio news guy couldn't figure it out then he should be fired.
The studio news man seems very dumb and totally unprofessional. I'd give him his pink slip and send him packing. What a jerk.

3. That anchor should be fired immediately. That's one of the most unprofessional things I've ever seen. REMOVE HIM IMMEDIATELY! What a rude person.

4. Jim's behavior was unacceptable for someone of his experience. He obviously has an axe to grind. The tenant made a comment to which the landlord's representative responded. Enough said, there was no point to belaboring the issue. Or maybe Jim wants to teach me how to be a television viewer of news programs.

6. I know Jim. He worked at this station for many years- more than 15 as I watched him for 15. He was always nice, cordial and polite- even jovial.
This must have been a very off day for him.
Please do not judge him by this isolated occurrence.

7. I think the anchor was absolutely right... the onsite newsman did not get the full information, the neighbor wanted to reply and he completely disregarded her. If anyone should be fired, it should be the reporter who is apparently getting too old for his job. Jim fired back with his response as cooly as possible without getting overly angry. And it was pretty funny when the onsite newsman said he used to be Jim's boss, and Jim said "Not anymore... how did that happen!" I'm sure that there is more hostility between those two, then anyone actually knows about.
