School Bus Brawl
A conflict between a teenager and a school bus driver over the student talking on her cell phone got heated and eventually turned violent. The video is interspersed with the teen and her mother being interviewed by Maggie Rodriguez on CBS News. Looks like lots of bad attitude on all sides and enough hair pulling to go around for a month. What do you think?

1. It's obvious that this teenager is a spoiled brat who thinks that she can do whatever she wants to and get away with it. This is just a ploy for attention on her side, but it's obvious that she was in the wrong. A "handful" my ass! This teen needs some time in juvenile hall to be reminded of what happens in the real world.

2. I believe that in this case, Assault is meant to mean the threat of Bodily injury, not to be confused with Battery, which is unwanted touch or strike.
In this case, her daughter did indeed commit Assault.

3. just another example of a child having no dicipline by their parents. its pathetic but you see this all the time yet it wont change, just continually get worse. if this was my child, getting into trouble with the law would be the last thing on their mind. they would be more worried about when they get home.

5. Why are the comments for this video so biased and dimwitted? The girl is being a typical teenager showing healthy emotions while the bus driver is being way overzealous and mean spirited about a fairly pointless rule about cell phones. The kids are gonna be noisy with or without the cell phones so why bother stealing their phones from them? The police shouldn't charge anyone and just keep out of it. I only recommend a smarter bus driver be hired. The dispute is over. Life goes on. Chill out people.
