A new book called 'Little White Lies, Deep Dark Secrets' looks at what women lie about (75% fib about shopping) and says that women lie more often and better than men. At the risk of sounding sexist, let's just say 'no duh.' Everyone in the segment seems to accept this - is it really part of your DNA, ladies? - so who are we to argue? Women on the street and a panel of experts discuss why this is the case, explore the convenient idea of 'beneficial lies,' and more.

1. Oh yeah, they do. They need to because 1) they are oppressed and they need to get away with things that aren't 'allowed' and 2) it's one of the powers that they have, in contrast to force, reason, money that men have more of.

2. Of course women are better liars. They're better cheaters too. Woman always claim that men cheat all the time but 9 times out of 10 in every divorce, you;ll find that women are the one's that have been cheating. That's how they make their money.

3. Many many years ago a poll showed 21% women admitted having affairs compared to 59% men. I wondered where the busy women were. I have been faithful as a Christian and was a true virgin going into marriage. I found out after 2 failed marriages that women not only lie to husbands and have as many affairs but make up lies to their children and can be so convincing they lie before friends and judges. That's why women are meant to submit to their husbands and this means both work together to do good for the Glory of God. Women and bigots will be the ruination of this world.

4. Unquestionably! It has always amazed me how little integrity women seem to have. Of course, in saying such a thing, some women will make the sexist charge...which would be another lie. They simply won't accept the truth.

5. 9 out of 10 women in EVERY divorce made money from cheating? That's like saying 90% of women are prostitutes... grow up Chowder!!

8. women are better liars, its genetic, not our fault

9. Firstly, HUH? To say women have a predisposition to lying due to their DNA is SEXIST and utterly ridiculous. The fact that they make such a claim and then don't even attempt to explain whatsoever proves how ridiculous it is. This is like a throwback to when men were trying prove women are stupid. Secondly, the results are obviously skewed. Anyone is a better liar when they lie about things that aren't devastating, like shopping and "no, you don't look fat in that". Seriously, all you have to do is look at the statistics of the people in prison to know who the majority of the liars are.
Also, I agree with what commenter #1 (Juan Angel) said.

11. Acts 2:44-47...They were willing to give up their possessions in order to be a blessing to others who had less. This way they had all things according to need, not just one satisfying their wants above others. What stands out the most to me is that they had all things in common. There were no wealthy leaders and poor followers.
Acts 4:32-37...Again, I see the same thing, they are willing to sacrifice what they had so that other could be "equally" blessed. Also, in that day the apostles were true men of God, not trying to live the lavish lifestyle off what others sacrificed, but instead they distributed what they had evenly....so that there was no lack among them. This is so unlike the leaders of today.
Romans 12:13...again supplying the needs of the saints. Not using to satisfy their own greed.
Roman 15:26-27 Again, it is speaking of meeting the natural needs of people as well as the spiritual needs.
1 Cor. 9:6-19....It appears to me that he is saying that he has a right to be compensated for preaching the gospel, but that he has chosen to preach without charge. He states that he does not want to abuse his power in the gospel. In other words it is not for sale. Many today are full aware of the longing and the need that people have for salvation and for the Lord to fill the void and emptiness of their hearts, so they make the gospel and salvation something for sale, so that they may prosper. Unlike the true men of God who knew Christ and chose as Christ had stated to become servants.
1 Cor. 10:24 & 33...I can only say AMEN!!! It’s too bad that there is so little of that going on. What’s so sad is that so many who say that they are about that....are persuading others to send their money to them so that they may distribute it, while taking their cute. Why not allow each man to give as the Lord leads him to. Everyone wants to be a distributor. Just another excuse for trying to get their hand in the pot like Judas... God loves a cheerful giver so why are so many spending so much time trying to get others to give? They will bible whip you into giving, but yet ignore all other sins of the flesh.
2 Cor 8:12-15...Again, showing all things being equal, no one lacking. Unlike today’s ministries. Some have Jets, while others have to catch the bus or walk. Those with the jets having their fuel being paid by the lesser and those walking not even having enough money left over to purchase a good pair of walking shoes. Really sad!!!
2 Cor 12:14...Amen...how many can say that today. Most are a burden to those that follow them. Always needing more and bigger. More donations, bigger buildings, bigger vans etc.
Gal 2:10...Yes, how much of what we give truly goes to helping the poor. No, we get government funding for that and then get upset when the government wants to see the records showing how the money is being used. No, the monies we give go towards bigger buildings, fancy cars, fancy homes, fancy salaries etc. while the poor sit in the same situation year after year. I can't tell you the number of times that I have heard stories where single mothers even have gone to a church pastor for financial help and was rejected because she was told that the money was only for those who tithe. Hello!!! Poor people don't always have anything to tithe off of.
Gal 5:13-14...a blessed scripture. Love is an action word....if you love you can't hurt or ignore the need of another. Love is sacrifice...Ask Jesus.
Gal 6:2, 10...Amen...This is all so simple...man has made everything so complicated with all the rules and regulations of what to do, how much to do and when to do it and for whom to do it for, but Jesus said, "when you've done it to the least of these, you done it to me." So, many have totally ignored Jesus all in the name of their religious rules and regulations and their church bylaws.
Eph 4:28 It would seem that all would want to contribute to body. So, whatever the Lord has gifted you with can be a blessing to the overall body. While we are all call to share, that does not give an excuse for any on the receiving end to just take handouts.
Phil 2:4 It’s pretty self-explanatory
1 Thes 4:11 & 12 Again, I say Amen....no one should sit expecting others to take care of them, and if each member of the body does their part, then their should be more than enough for all.
1 Tim 6:17-19...Yes, once again I believe it is calling us to a place of true love, not of the things of this world but, love for one another. Love is the only thing that will last, all else will fade away.
Tit 2:14...We like Christ should be willing to lay down our lives for the sake of others. But mostly concerning ourselves with what will please the Father.
Tit 3:14...We are all called to do our part.
1 John 3:16-18...Amen...sad to say that there are so many who claim to be in ministry and wanting to reach out and meet the needs of people, yet they are just using that as an excuse to meet their own selfish needs and desires. Each of us who say that we know Christ are responsible for reaching those that are lost and have need. We need not only send our monies to other to distribute as they see fit, since the Lord and the Holy Spirit will give us eyes to see the needs of those right there in the midst of us. I don’t think there are many if any who does not run across a person in need on a regular basis. Yet, we are so self-righteous in our giving and where and who we give to, so that we can gain Glory for self, while stepping over or walking pass those right there in our own neighborhoods with serious needs. However, if we were to help them by meeting both their Spiritual and Natural needs, they would be able to rise up and also be in a position to help someone else. But instead we’d rather throw our money in to buildings, fancy garments, flashy letter-heads and the such, to make ourselves appear more than we are. In the meanwhile there is a world of people dying to know Christ...the true anointing that breaks every yoke.
James 2:1-10, 14-26... We should not only do good to those who can repay us or who has status. Often times they are the last to help in the first place. We should not show favoritism. We should show love to all, and especially to the poor or those who have nothing to offer in return. In doing this we are doing the will of the Father and we are walking in Love.
We should not only speak of having faith, but our words and deeds should both be in agreement, showing our faith. Faith, like love, is an action word.
Heb 13:16, 21..Again we are called to sacrifice by doing good for others.

12. I'm not saying all women do but I think more of them are prone to: Lying, cheating, and stealing then men are. I've had my wife lie to my face and steal money and even my mother has stolen money. Not my brother, not my father, and not me!

13. I KNOW THEY ARE ALL CHEATERS !

14. Yes women are the biggest lairs on the planet. We lie about everything including that we love our spouse to how much we spend. We actually don't go to the store shopping on Saturday but are having affairs with as many men as we can find. This has all worked out great for us in this culture and we are quickly taking over as we planned.

15. Women may not necessarily be better liars, but they are more frequent liars...even when you catch them, confront them with hard evidence, they still lie, and claim that whatever they did, we men forced them to do. Just face it ladies, you want what you want when you want it!!!! You completely disregard the consequences to anyone else, don't care who gets hurt how much, or when, and don't even care about how bad things will get for you tomorrow or later. You will lie, cheat, and steal to get what you want now, and somehow feel wronged if anyone dares to contradict YOUR version of the truth!
