Shocking Sawyer
Well la-di-da to you! Watch as one-time Annie Hall Diane Keaton was busy buttering up -- and we mean buttering up! -- Diane Sawyer when all of a sudden she threw a wild 'F-bomb' into the foxhole that is the usually staid 'Good Morning America.' Listen as the crowd then lets out an audible 'shame-on-you' groan as their G-rated morning show was ruined.
Diane's New Motto: 'I do more cursing before 9 a.m. than most people do all day.'

31. Diana Keaton is refreshing in her honesty and candor. The other Diane is a sophisticated journalist who I am sure has great familarity with the 'F' word among her friends and associates. I love them both. My only concern would be for children in the room. Then again, many of them probably hear it all the time being used by their 'potty mouthed' parents. Danny

32. Thank You Diane.....Cursing beats getting physically aggressive.....I too curse my brains out....not all the time but when its relives stress...sometimes it causes stress....I tell if you are not my kids cursing makes you look less credible and less believable as well as makes you look like a fool...but sometimes ya just gotta curse.......I raised 5 kids and worked in a correctional school for teens...so it became an occuational hazard.....as long as you are not cursing to put someone down or hurt the selfesteem of them..its ok...some peole have hurt me much more with sweet words that I hav never forgotten....so its all how you curse and your intentions...Thanks Peg

33. Bwaaaaaaahahahaha! F'n way to go babe! Why the H would they censor one of the most commonly used words in the American English lexicon. Oooopsie, it's simply not lady like.
Not lady like? What the F is this eighteen fifteen or somethin'? DS most certainly cannot claim shock at the F word.
Perhaps bible thumpers claim never to use the Kings English, perhaps some braces on the brain repressive remains somewhere as a shining example of totally unimportant decorum-but hey, give me a solid broad like DK any day over those cross legged B's who all should only go straight to the hellfire they so dearly condemn all whose belief system differs from their own.

34. Some people use the F-bomb simply because they like to. I never developed the habit, so I'm no good at it. If it makes you uncomfortable to use it then don't. It won't come out right, anyway. Don't spoil anyone's fun by calling them ignorant because they enjoy using foul language from time to time. Some folks are quite good at it. People even pay to hear them use it.

36. It's all about respect for others, control of oneself, and common decency. Sure, there are worse things being said. But all of you who think it's ok are part of the problem, which is deeper than just foul language.

38. who cares? it's a little ridiculous to get upset over the word being on TV when you can hear it on the radio all the time.

39. So what??????????? Geeezz the F word is not a big deal.It was so funny too, seeing a classy lady let it slip out.. More women use that word than men. For all you parents saying your kid heard it and your mad grow UP !!, if your kids go to public school the F bomb is used every 5 seconds .. If you have never walked down the hall of your kids school, then your in for a HUGE surprise. This society is such a bunch of whineing baby's.. Its hialrious

40. Pulease people who have a problem with this, your kids are hearing this word at school all day, I am sure, from other students, who hear it from their parents! Lighten up! She is an incredible actress, an incredible woman, and who really gives a f!@k that she slipped. Much worse things to be concerned about, like, which rap cd is your kid listening to?

41. I think people need to get over it and relax. She obviously said it purely by accedent. It's not like she was throwing the F-bomb around left and right. I mean, come on, give her a break. She's only human.

45. Amazing to see how many people think this is just a peachy thing for her to say on morning TV.
Why use trailer-trash talk when it is not necessary? Puts her in a class with Britney. Wash her mouth out with soap.
